Minimum Purchase Amount - There is a $30.00 minimum purchase requirement.
Shipping Charges - Shipping charges are not included. All prices are plus shipping. Once package is turned over to shipper, Dudley Newman is in no way responsible for loss or damage. We strongly recommend insurance, at additional cost. Buyer must request and pay for insurance at time of order. We use USPS. Buyer can request other shipping methods, at additional cost.
Return Policy - No returns after 30 days. - 20% restocking charge on all returns. - No returns without authorization. - The customer pays all shipping charges both ways on returned goods. No returns on special order items. No returns on used items.
Damaged Items - It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the delivery carrier if items arrive damaged due to the shipment process. The carrier is responsible for reimbursement or replacement of the damaged item.
