Overhaul Procedure Includes, but will Not be Limited to: Complete disassembly and inspection of machine. Steam clean and inspect machine frame for any damage, cracks, Etc. Bore, weld and re-bore all work area pin holes on Machine back to factory specs. Install rebuilt engine, radiator, generator, pumps and countershafts. Replace all machine drive belts and engine hoses. Re-valve entire machine with Rexroth valves with easy troubleshooting lighted electrical covers. Rebuild all Hydraulic cylinders. Replace major pneumatic hoses. Replace major working Hydraulic hoses. Rebuild combo clamp and wear surfaces. Rebuild work head frame assemblies and check vibrators. Install all new brake canisters and brake shoes. Install workhead and combo clamp guide rod oilers. Install Beacon light. Install forward and reverse travel lights. Install new backup alarm. Install all new tinted glass in cab. Install verified fire extinguisher in cab. Install 3 rebuilt Infrared projectors and receivers. Rebuild air conditioning unit or install new unit with heat. Install new air dryer unit. Rework system controller chassis and control cards. Paint entire machine and decal to factory and FRA specs. Machine will include operation/maintenance and parts manuals. Thoroughly operate and test machine. Machine will include an automatic hour meter for total engine hours. | REMANUFACTURED Rebuild and Upgrade of your MK II ES or MK I EAS Switch Tamper Your Remanufactured HST Hydraulic Switch Tamper Rebuild and Upgrade will Consist of: Complete tear down and inspection of machine and parts. Upgrade workhead frames to MK IV style with top mounted lift cylinders and MK IV style sliders, replacing I-Beams as needed with upgraded traverse items. Replace all Hyd. valves with MK IV style Rexroth valves with lighted covers and Jupiter style din cables. Rewire all SO cables on machine. Rebuild machine differentials and drivelines. Install rebuilt transmission with electric shift controllers (No cables). Rebuild all 4 rail wheels and drive hubs. Replace all brake chambers and brake shoes. Replace all Hyd. hoses. Replace all pneumatic hoses. Rebuild seat console and controls. Install new Red Dot engine driven air conditioner unit with engine coolant heat. Install new work and travel lights. Install back-up alarm and roof beacon. Complete paint and decal machine to FRA Guidelines. Thoroughly test machine.
